Implementing partners

3DF has worked with a total of 33 implementing partners for 53 projects since 2006. These partners were selected through a Call for Proposals systematic process for all three funding rounds.

In Myanmar, according to MIMU statistics, there are now 86 INGOs and 82 LNGOs. There are 13 United Nations agencies and an estimated 455 countrywide community based organisations.

We have acheived broad geographic coverage, reaching communities through diverse independent organisations, including 21 international non-governmental organisations and their local partners, eight community-based organisations as well as five United Nations organisations. WHO, UNAIDS, and UNFPA received grants to support general disease control by the Ministry of Health, while the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Internal Organization for Migration (IOM) received funds for specific projects.
