Newsletters

In July 2009, in accordance with the operating guidelines for the 3DF, an independent Mid Term Evaluation (MTE) of the Funds’ operation was conducted by UK based Verulam Associates. The MTE’s overall conclusion was that the Fund had performed well and has made significant contribution to the containment of the three diseases epidemics. The Fund is currently being assessed by an independent team who will evaluate 3DF's performance over its 6 year life.
