3DF Operational Guidelines

On 01 July 2009, the Fund Manager (UNOPS) has concluded an agreement with donors defining the modality of collaboration with 3DF implementing partners and offering more flexible conditions of collaboration for all partners.

These conditions allow indirect costs to be charged to the level of 6% of total direct activity costs, as well as incorporates all lessons learnt throughout the last two years and adjusted for the major findings of recent audits.

Reporting periods are fewer and submission target dates for reports are longer. There is no need for interest being reported any longer. Audits will be conducted by the 3DF at its own cost.
