In 2006, donors initially pledged total US$100 million to the Three Diseased Fund (3DF) over five years. In 2009, additional funding was raised from current and new members of the Donor Consortium and actual donor commitments amount to US$129 million as of 2009.

of GBP 10 million in 2009)

EC = US$25 million

Netherlands = US$8 million (additional contribution of EUR 1 million in
2009)

SIDA = US$17 million (SIDA provided an additional amount of SEK 10
million in 2009)
